Cressi Fiji Snorkeling Mask 🇮🇹🌊🤿: primarily designed for snorkeling, the Fiji incorporates the ultimate Cressi Fog Reducer System, an advanced anti-fog system that drastically limits fog formation without chemical treatment of the lenses.
The principle relies on an internal membrane architecture:
a first membrane channels air towards the lower part of the mask, away from the lenses;
a second membrane isolates the eye area so that warm exhaled air does not come into contact with the lens. Result: fogging is significantly reduced, even during prolonged use.
Another advantage of the Fog Reducer System is a thermal exchange structure located on the top of the silicone skirts, which facilitates heat exchange between the mask and the water. This more quickly balances temperatures and further helps reduce fogging.
The Fiji is equipped with a textile/elastic strap, very simple to use, particularly appreciated by beginners and people with long hair (quick to put on, comfortable). It can also be used for scuba diving, keeping in mind that an elastic strap is generally less firm than a classic silicone strap.
Important: the lenses are not chemically treated. As with any new mask, it is recommended to thoroughly degrease the lenses before first use (strong soap: toothpaste, dish soap, degreaser), then apply the usual anti-fog procedure before each outing (anti-fog spray or saliva on dry lens).
