Cressi Naxos Mask 🤿: compact and smaller than a classic diving mask, it nevertheless maintains an excellent field of vision, with improved downward visibility. Thanks to its new internal ribs, it adapts perfectly to most face shapes for optimal comfort and good sealing.
Like the Quantum, the Naxos incorporates an advanced anti-fog system based on the thermoregulation of warm and humid air exhaled through the nose. A network of membranes channels this flow towards the rubber walls rather than towards the lenses. On the outside, two small heat exchangers act as "radiators" and cool the area, bringing the internal temperature closer to that of the water. Result: microscopic moisture droplets are trapped before reaching the lenses, which significantly limits fogging.
Important: the lenses are not chemically treated. As with any new mask, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the lenses before first use (toothpaste, dish soap, or light burning with a lighter to remove residues). And before each dive, an anti-fog agent ( or a little saliva) is always useful.
