SSI - Open Water Diver – Your first step into the world of diving 🌊

The SSI Open Water Diver course is the most recognized diving certification in the world. It allows you to dive safely up to 18 meters, anywhere on the planet.

🔹 Course Outline

1. Theoretical Training (online + sessions with the instructor)

• Access to the SSI app with videos, quizzes, and digital resources.
• Personalized review and explanations with the instructor to delve deeper into safety, equipment, dive planning, and the marine environment.

2. Pool / Confined Water Sessions 🏊

• Learning basic skills: breathing underwater, mask clearing, buoyancy control, equipment use.
• In a safe and supervised environment, to gradually build confidence.

3. Open Water Dives 🤿

• 4 dives in a lake or sea, accompanied by your instructor.
• Application of techniques learned in the pool and discovery of the natural environment.

🔹 Duration

Flexible and to be agreed upon with the instructor.

🔹 Conditions & Certification

• Minimum age: 10 years old
• Good health and ability to swim
• Participants under 15 years old receive the Junior Open Water Diver certification, which allows diving up to 12 meters.
