The SSI Scuba Skills Update is designed for certified divers who want to refresh their skills and regain confidence after a break. Led by an SSI instructor, this program allows you to review essential skills and return to diving safely.

1. Theoretical review 📘: reminder of the basic principles of diving and safety.

2. Practical session in a swimming pool or confined water 🏊: fundamental exercises (buoyancy, mask emptying, air sharing, etc.).

3. Natural environment diving option 🌊: to apply your skills in a real environment.

Flexible, to be agreed with the instructor.

🔹 Conditions

• Be a certified diver (Open Water Diver or equivalent).
